Just realized that's Nebraska, penalty for sure no doubt.

Chuckle, Chuckle!!! The replay booth upheld the penalty. Probably didn't help his case when came up and flexed his muscles after the hit!!! This GIF was the first time I saw it from that angle. The replay they showed on the website below you really couldn't tell.

I agree these new rules are ridiculous! Man if Ronnie Lott' Darren Woodson, Steve Atwater to name a few played today they would be suspended all the time. A receiver has no fear of going over the middle no more because they are not going to get hit. Last time. I checked this is still football!

Put your helmet accross the bow, wrap up, drive your feet and put them into the ground. While I don't agree with these new rules, I hate seeing all these players trying to make a highlight reel. How many extra yards are given up because these guys really do not know how to tackle?
